• All rates based on 2 adults; additional occupants over age 12 = $20 per night, per person (or $75 per week for weekly stay)
• The Luna Mar has built a longstanding reputation for catering to families and couples, and discourages group rentals. All guests under age 21 must be accompanied by adults- we work with several other motels for those who are under 21 or for those traveling in groups
• Rates are subject to 7% NJ Sales Tax, plus 5% NJ Hotel Occupancy Tax
• One night deposit required upon reservation with balance due upon check in
• Free beach passes are available to all registered Luna Mar guests, with a $40 refundable security fee (Badges available through Seaside Park at $10.00 per day for non-Luna Mar guests).  Beach passes are available for the length of your stay, and must be returned by 11:00 a.m. on day of check out.
• Cancellation Policy 
  Deposits will be forfeited unless notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date.  This includes credit card deposits.  Reservations may not be shortened after arrival.  You are responsible for the number of nights reserved.  All other cancellations are subject to a $20 administrative fee.
• PETS are not perimitted.
• All motel rooms are non smoking
